The God Who Saves
SERMON REFLECTION QUESTIONS:
1. Saul was convinced he was doing the right thing, even as he was opposing Jesus. Are there areas of your life where you might be resisting God's Word or pursuing your own way? How can we learn to receive God's correction as an expression of His grace?
2. Saul's conversion was dramatic, but the same power that transformed his life is at work in every believer. How does remembering God's power in your own salvation encourage you in your struggle against sin? How does it give you hope for people in your life who don't yet know Jesus?
3. Jesus takes our relationships with other Christians personally because we are members of His body. How should this truth shape the way we treat other believers, especially when they hurt us, frustrate us, or are difficult to love? What is one step you can take toward greater love, forgiveness, or unity with someone in the church?
4. God didn't just save Saul from something; He saved him for something. The same is true for every Christian. How might God be calling you to serve Him more faithfully in this season of your life? What is one step of obedience you can take this week?
