The Scandal of Grace

SERMON REFLECITON QUESTIONS:

1. Are there certain areas of life that you feel are unfair and you tend to doubt God’s integrity? How can you actively remind yourself this week of what God has promised you, rather than what you feel you’re owed?

2. Do you ever find yourself grumbling at God’s generosity? Are there certain people that you struggle to rejoice over when they receive blessing or success?

3. Legalism isn’t just about following rules, it’s about believing that you do certain things to earn/keep God’s love or receive more of his blessings. Where do you find yourself struggling with legalism?

4. The late workers simply received what was given with open hands. What would it look like for you to live this week with that same posture—receiving God’s grace with humility and gratitude rather than comparison?
